What's the difference between and Member and an Artist.

How do you edit/add Members?

Can Members join on their own like Artists?

Can Artist delete their own account?

The difference is up to you. Jamroom 5 just has profiles. You create your own differences (if you want) by modifying the features associated with the quotas in your system. So you could create 2 quotas:

- "artist quota" - this quota has access to all modules and features
- "member quota" - this quota has limited access to specific features

If you are thinking of Jamroom 4, Jamroom 5 no longer features a distinction between "members" and "artists" - that distinction now is simply defined by the feature set in each quota.

Let me know if that helps.

Thanks!

Just to add that when I did the import for you, I created JR5 Artist and Member quotas just to match the quotas on your JR4 site.
As Brian says, JR5 doesn't distinguish and its up to you how the quotas are configured.
