For some reason "Simple Custom Forms" is showing on my Marketplace/system updates, it gives me a option to purchase but bot update, so I can't run the update all feature because of this.

You must have it installed, or have the directory. Look in your modules directory for a "jrCustomForm" directory. If you do not have a license for it, it will show "purchase license". Note that it does not stop you from updating other modules, so you can still run the update feature.

It does say "Purchase License" Brian, but if I try to "update all" it stops at the "Simple Custom Forms" module and doesn't install anything after that, unless I do one at a time.

You just need to remove the app from your system.
