Is the "advanced charts" module the only module for the charts in general? Or is there another one?

There is only one. Do you have a link we can check out?

Well, this one has me stumped... the templates are right, the quota config settings are right for the chart module and as you stated, everything is up to date.

I do see a java error...

"Timestamp: 3/1/2014 3:26:30 PM
Error: Blocked loading mixed active content "http://www.statcounter.com/counter/counter.js"
Source File: https://www.soabem.com/music_charts
Line: 0"

I don't know where that is coming from, but might be an issue.

Statcounter is a website that use to get the stats for my site, the code is in the footer, is there a field in JR to place a stats code? I know there is for analytics.

I removed the 3rd party stats tracking code from the footer and still can't see the charts when logged out, so it's not the problem.

I have seen this error on a clients Jamroom. He is using Media Pro As well. After reading ouviste problems I dont think its an isolated situation.

I noticed when I showed up to work on the customers website as a visitor nothing would show up.

The charts and the new members lists ect on the landing page would show it was loading that content forever...

But when I logged in to the clients administration. all the jrList returned the jrList results on the landing page.

This does seem like a similar problem I had before when JR5 first came out on the members page, could only see it if I was logged in, I can see the members page now, just not the charts :P.

You might consider upgrading your account to VIP Priority if you need immediate/ticket based access. I think you know that we try hard to help everyone out and do our best to fix issues, but if you feel that we're not responding to your forum post quickly enough, you can open a support center ticket with us and we can check it out (support tickets have higher priority than forum).

Unless I can a way to replicate it here it is hard to fix remotely.

Thanks!

There has to be an issue with a different module or skin causing this - the jrCharts module does not check for login status in any way.

I just can't afford the $29 a Month, what exactly are the privileges of being a premium member support wise? It seems to be the same as a regular member when it comes to support which is a bit disappointing.

You get priority ticket support - that means we help you with your issue first, before moving to the forums.

Your "bump" post indicated you did not like waiting for help, so I recommended that the VIP support may be more to your liking if you need immediate help and solutions to your issues.

Thanks!

I apologize, but I'm not sure that has ever been the case - I think you've been on the forums here long enough to know that we help everyone we can. I'm just pointing out that you said:

Quote:
Am I gonna be able to get some help with this issue?

Which tells me you want help right now with this issue. And I am just saying that we have other tickets and issues that are already being worked on that are higher priority, so can't investigate this right now.

Thanks!

I'm sorry if it came out that way, what I meant by that was that I had posted this topic yesterday morning, and by late last night it seemed like we weren't going to get any help with it, this is not just a my site issue, theres two others who have it as well.

I'm usually ok with waiting and have no issue for the most part, but if the only person trying to help says he is stumped and leaves it at that, than I start to worry about how I'm I gonna fix this myself lol.

OK the root cause of this is actually the Foxy Cart Bundle module - it tries to prevent items that are set as "bundle only" from being listed, but the query that is being used is failing if the audio item doesn't have the audio_bundle_only key as part of it's DS data.

For now, you can disable the FoxyCartBundle module, clear caches, and it should work again.

I'm working on a fix for the module, but it's in a complicated area that looks like it is going to require some refactoring, so it's not a quick fix.

Hope this helps!

I'm certain anything can be done, it's just finding the time. Right now I have a pretty long todo list of things that I'm working through. You can probably do something like that with a jrCore_list, limit it to 1 and see if the profile_id matches - if it does give them a badge. Make sure you follow up on that other post though - let's not start a new topic on this thread.

Thanks!
