then it restart uploading the file again

You need to install the Lady Gaga module. :)

Make sure you've setup your install, max_upload size etc... and the quota your trying to upload to, to allow for that big of an upload.

If the file your uploading is more than 222MB then it will fail.

Whats the total size of the file your uploading?

Also, I think the post_max_size is suppose to be larger than the file your trying to upload so it doesn't time out.

Short of that... there may be something wrong or corrupt with the video file itself.
