solved Events time problem

I have noticed that when ever I choose an odd numbered hour (1,3,5,7 etc) the event shows it 1 hour earlier, example I choose 3pm and it shows 2pm on the event, why does this happen?

You know, I've seen this happen occasionally, but not on all my sites.
Its on my list of things to check out.
Glad its not just me seeing it ;-)

Yeah I noticed it the first time a few weeks ago, than it happened again today, I'm also glad it's not just happening on my site lol.
