solved Can't Signup

When testing my site I signup as a member or artist I create a user name, add my email, password, password confirmation,captcha and agree to terms click create and nothing happens just doesn't do anything. I am doing this from my phone not tried it from my PC yet. I have never had this probem before.

Any idea?

Then you'll want to find out what you changed, or what templates changed to make it stop working between now and when you last know it was working.

I haven't changed anything. The site has been setting dormant for a year at least. I would test it and check on it every now and then worked fine. If so what template would have made it quit working.

What's crazy is its been almost a year since I really been on the site I started playing around with it yesterday and sign up testing as an artist or a member and it would just let me fill the information out but would never let me create account. Later on I get a proxy server error I contact JB servers and he tells me it don't use proxy server and I have asked for support but yet have received it. Somehow after that error It would not let the site load back up. All of a suddens 24 hrs later site is up again. Tried a test again as a member wouldn't let me create an account and now site want load and getting an internal server error.

Its crazy all this time Its working and I revamp with JR again and site want load and acting strange and cant get no support from my host after numerous of tickets.

If you're getting a proxy warning then something is messed up - you'll need to check your error logs, and make sure you're site has not been hacked. JBservers should be able to assist you.

All this time.....It now maybe just got a virus? I checked on the site very frequently and made sure it was operating property. Yesterday this is when it all begin when I try to refresh myself with JR.

I just tried on PC to do a test signup and still no success!
These are my PHP error logs below:

These are all "deprecated" warnings and do not impact the running of your site.

I hate to keep burdening you with so much, but my test email says it's sent but I receive no email. How do I make sure that the artist or member will get an email or activation email? How do i run test or fix these things when i have never messed with them. It seems like when you just leave a site sitting and you left it working, then you come back to it and it is not functioning right?

Ok I think I got everything working, my only thing now is when a user signs up me the ADMIN I am not receiving notification that a new user joined. I have notifications enabled and my email entered.

You might contact your host and make sure you've got an MX record for your domain.

Ok I host with Jbservers my gmail is the email I use in my settings in JR Configuration do I need to create a you@yourdomain.com email?

In your gmail spam folder, mark the spam as "not spam".
