Hi there, I have an issue here.
Not sure if this is a correct form or not, forgive me about it.
The email support system will send an weird email message.
I'll put the email content below the topic body.
So, when I disabled the HTML Notifications, I can not receive any emails.
I am currently using an SMTP Server installed in my VPS.
And currently i am using this option:
Internal Mail Server - SMTP settings are not required (default)
The html mesage design people can looks it like that:

sorry i forgot to add my question here:
how to fix the HTML Content?
And, why when I disabled the HTML content, I can't get any emails from the system anymore?
Is it my server issue?
thank you!

I just tried here with a test mail with HTML turned off. In the test mail I had:
this is the test email message
<h1>this is html<h1>
and some more text

The email that arrived was:
this is the test email message
this is html
and some more text
The html was stripped and only text arrived. I did not see any of the extra stuff as is shown in your code attachment.

aha!
I'll try to recheck my email server again, I think I have an issue with it, anyways, thanks to check from your testing website.
Sorry about any disturbs.
I'll reply again if i know the issue and how I fixed it after, so if someone have it, they can fix it.
Thanks again :)

If you want me to confirm any of your test ideas, list some steps and I'll return what results I get. If you need it.
