New Issue Tracker module

I just pushed out a beta version of a new Issue Tracker module I have been working on. Features:

- open trackers for bugs, changes and feature requests.
- tickets can be open, in progress, testing and closed
- "Feature Request" trackers can be voted on by users (once per day) so you can get an idea of what feature requests are wanted by the most users.
- user can "follow" an issue and be notified whenever someone comments on it.

Developer quotas should see the "Issue Tracker" on their profiles now - if you guys could let me know if you see any issues, that would be awesome.

Thanks!

Looking good!

Will this be available to other site owners or is it a Jamroom.net module only?

Yeah - it can go in the marketplace. Once it's been tested I just need to clean up the lang strings and it will be ready to go.

nice one. Perhaps knowing how many users were following each issue would be useful?

When we find bugs, should we be using the issue tracker now, or is it still in the testing stage?

Let's go ahead and start using it. When you enter a new Issue, make sure and mark it Private - then, once we have confirmed it is an actual issue, we'll update it with the details and make it public.

Let's go ahead and start using it - that will let us know how it is working and what changes may be needed.

Thanks!

This will come in handy Brian. I would rather the people on my site use this vs a contact us message just for tracking purposes. Nice add!
