error loading media url

i know i had this issue before..a year or 2 ago
i believe its a litespeed setting or php
maybe fast-cgi vs some other handler
i really cant remember
but it happens on uploaded videos like this

The popup error was being given when the actual problem was a 'permissions' error. This has been fixed the the next release of the Core, Audio and Video modules. Not sure when that might be as yet, but maybe in the meantime check the user viewing the video has correct access to it.

The url from the video in your link points to:
https://www.dreadlockssite.com/uploaded_video/stream/video_file/375/file.m4v

The error reads 503 Service Unavailable when trying to access it. That error is not coming from jamroom.

Check the server logs to see if it has any clues as to what the error is complaining about.
