Hi sorry i've inherited jamroom. How to i create a new forum. I've saw a post about switching on categories but i can't see a tab to do this. thanks in advance for any help

Are you looking to install the Forum module, or how to add a forum to a profile, or add categories to an existing forum?

@Paul Hi Paul, i'm not sure.. the attached doc shows the forum and i need to add another course forum below BSc (Hons) Motorsport Engineering and above general chat. any help would be much appreciated

Hi NDA! To see your support tickets here on Jamroom, first be sure you are logged IN to this forum. Then click on the SUPPORT link at the very top of this page. In the drop down menu there will be a link to "support tickets" where you can open new, manage, and add replies to current support tickets.
