You'll want to add it to your header_menu_desktop.tpl
/core/template_modify/skin=jrXDubMusic/template=header_menu_desktop.tpl

and your header_menu_mobile.tpl
/core/template_modify/skin=jrXDubMusic/template=header_menu_mobile.tpl
