I am not seeing where to edit " note" under Profile Quotas
Can you say how to edit or add note ?

ACP=>Profiles=>Profiles=>Quota Config
Select the quota you want to add the note to
Enter your note in the 'quota admin note' textarea
Save Changes

If you are on that page click on the Rename button for the quota you want to add the note to.
