I would love to have a 30 day chart showcasing for example the top 30 tracks by streams for 30 days and have it automatically refresh the list every 30 days? How do i do this, i think i saw something like that on another jamroom site.

As it says, it's looking for a template called music_chart_row.tpl in the xxMaestroClone/templates directory.

Either create that template or change the name to something which exists.

There isn't a 'Chart' SiteBuilder widget, as such, so select 'Template Code' as the widget type and then, as SteveX suggested, use the code from the example.
