The audio import not working , I changed server and it is not importing the audio
found 1023 files - checking for audio files
Importing Audio Files - please be patient , since last nite

It would be also good to put a progress meter instead of only "found 1023 files - checking for audio files
Importing Audio Files - please be patient"

It does have a progress meter - it opens in a modal window and will show you a line for EACH audio file it imports.

If its on our hosting we have tools to look for why, but since its not on our hosting you need to provide enough information for us to understand whats going on in order to get assistance.

Check your error logs for information that looks related to audio uploads.

Also check your SYSTEM CHECK tool to make sure the server has no red lights.

There are no red lites under system check , I used this before I switched server and it worked back then with less server power all the way back in JR4

I have just imported audio here with no issues, so you've got something wrong - you're not putting the audio files in the directory you're saying they are in, they are not readable by the web user, they are not tagged correctly, etc.

There's no issue in the tool so it's something on your server.

Will the tool import from a directory that has more than 10 sub directory ? It import from a directory instead of a sub directory ,it just hangs when try to import from a /sub directory...

importing Audio Files
(snipped)
found 1001 files - checking for audio files
Importing Audio Files - please be patient

The other issue I see is when the files are imported , it dose not make the profiles active , and it is a pain to find all the profiles and make them active ,there should be an options upon import to make "profile active , YouTube Channel or User name , pay pal email address" please add these feature to the import tool

Thanks

Yes - it should be able to handle any number of sub directories. My import test here has ~100 directories (based on artist).

look for any errors in your servers error logs. Post them here if you find them.

These are not Jamroom errors - these are just 404 not found errors from your web server.
