Hi

I followed your advice in my last post and installed the subs module on my devserver. The 'Plans' tab appears to be blank. Just wondering why that is? There doesn't appear to be anywhere to create a plan. What am I missing?

Click the "create new subscription plan" button.

Did you post a followup here and then delete it? I received your email update but it's not here.

Thats the problem.....there isnt one. In fact the Plans Tab is completely blank. I'd send a screenshot but it seems somewhat redundant. Here is the url anyway:- http://ceridevservercom.jamroomhosting.com/subscribe/browse

All the other tabs are fine.

On an unrelated but curious issue. I am not seeing responses here until after I re post. I clicked on this thread for several minutes after your last response BUT there was nothing there. It was only after I posted something like "Odd ...but responses are not showing up" that it became visible.

If you are getting a BLANK screen then you need to look in the Dashboard -> Activity Log -> Error Log to see what error is coming out.

Sounds like it could be a caching issue - Im running the latest beta of the redis module here on Jamroom.net so I will check it out.

Did you install the Payments module? It is required - you should see that by looking in the "info" tab of the subscriptions module OR in your system check.
