i then upgraded again on 1 site however the other site won't upgrade and gives error

the error i am getting seems to be in a script to decompress the file after download? (me no speak php)
i did search through to that line number and it appeared to just be loading arguments.
i know this is probably something simple
i don't understand though why it worked on 1 site and not the other

while the update spinner goes on asd on for hours even days, the error appears in error log immediately after clicking update
