Forum replies not showing until i refresh the cache or leave the site in developer mode?
Similar to how the invitation module was acting a while back

Is that a question or reporting an issue?

I've just tried here on the beta versions (which I believe you are on) and with caching enabled the forum comments are being output immediately for others to view.

Need setup instructions to investigate further in for this one zach.

reporting an issue, when i comment on a forum discussion and hit enter the screen reloads like normal but then it comes up with no comment. so first thing i did was refresh cache and then went back and i see the comment. so i tested it with developer mode turned on and it works fine with developer mode on but if i turn it off, it does not show till i refresh cache. noticed it right after the update the other day

ok it is a skin issue i tried using a different skin and it works fine. what i am still using is a cloned copy of an older version of celebrity. i tried a while back updating to the latest celebrity skin but it looked crazy on mobile was not working correctly on mobile version so i went back to older version but now for some reason that one is doing this on forums. has anyone else had an issue with the latest version of celebrity skin on mobile?

Zach just a thought- if you do that you could then mark this thread 'closed' or something... so there aren't redundant threads open that the JR team must keep checking on.

re opening this its happening again now using the follow me skin beta core ran all updates. when i respond to any forum posts the screen reloads and i do not see my reply. if i hit refresh cache it shows my replies ? i have not done any major modifications to the skins code just very basic trying to keep things simple and still having this issue?

This should be fixed in Forum 2.2.0b1 - you'll need to be running Jamroom Core 6.1.0.
