Hi !
My jameroom configuration quota was wrong so one "artist" has been deleted (archive statistic) at the end of paiement.
I can see archive on ftp server ( "archived - 1404" )
but I can't re-activate artiste as originally
I suppose the statistics exist somewhere in the database, but I really do not know how to go to find the artist before it is archived!
Thank you very much
(Thank you for answering without using idiomatic expression, I am french!)
Best regard

Deleted things are found in the RECYCLE BIN.

THe Recycle BIn is not skin depependent, it should show on all skins. Are you running the latest versions of all your Jamroom modules and skins?

Jamroom 4 does not have a recycle bin, and we don't support Jamroom 4 anymore either.

Have you considered upgrading to the latest Jamroom version?

If you need to get any data/info back for your Jamroom 4 install, you'll most likely have to get your hosting provider to restore your site with a backup from a point before the profile was deleted.

Hope this helps!

Hi Douglas,

Thank you, I was desperately searching ... certainly could not find it!

If I install a new version of Jamroom, will I lose comments, statistics, all special mentions and settings administrators, etc? Or will I find it all?

Jamroom5 was a completely new version of software that is not compatible with Jamroom4, so it is not a case of simply updating your existing site. Checkout this documentation about the key differences - https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/upgrading-from-jamroom-4/214/upgrading-from-jamroom-4

However there is a path to do this by creating a new Jamroom install then Importing your original site to it. Read the above documents fully. They'll detail what can, and cannot be imported, and how today's Jamroom (now at version 6) differs from version 4.
