I can't believe it either.
Have you looked through the top links under "Products" and Support" heading yet? Lots of good info there about Getting Started, support options, services available...
Then there's posting right here on the JR customer support forum. You got a reply to your post from the platform creator himself, within two minutes of your post. That's actually not so unusual around here. :)
Welcome! It's a great platform to start music sites on... or any other kind of site too. I have two music social networks on Jamroom.
