when i transferred my site i lost all my members is there any way i can get them back or keep this from happening again really need your help thank you

Try running the transfer again, sounds like the transfer did not complete properly.

Is this when using our Hosted transfer tool? What are the source and target sites? Can you points us to any members on the source site that are not there on the target site so that we can take a look?
