Hi - Welcome to the Jamroom forum.
Do you mean to a new host/server?
If so, and you want to move it to one of our hosting plans, its very straightforward using the tool in our Hosting Control Panel - https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/jamroom-hosting/2547/importing-an-existing-jamroom-site-to-a-domain

If you are moving it to another folder or domain, checkout this document - https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/howto/1077/howto-change-the-jamroom-directory-or-domain

Hope that helps

Pauls instructions cover what you are asking.

Go here:
https://www.jamroom.net/ibr/hosting/server_settings/338

In the Domain Name field, add the domain name of the site you want to add. It will be added to your server, then follow these docs

Docs: "Import an existing Jamroom site to a domain"
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/jamroom-hosting/2547/importing-an-existing-jamroom-site-to-a-domain

to move the content of the existing jamroom site to your Jamroom Hosting server.

With Jamroom Hosting you get a 'secondary domain' to use while you do the import and setup process. So use that to view your domain while the domain Name Servers are pointing to your current location.

If you've transferred the site to our hosting, all Jamroom modules and skins are available to you via the site ACP Marketplace.
If the transferred site has a new domain name, you'll need to 'release' the licences from the old domain then they'll be available to the new domain (after you have setup its Marketplace module) - https://www.jamroom.net/networklicense/license_browser/172013
If the transferred site has the same domain name, just make sure its Marketplace module is setup and all purchased licences should continue to be available to it.

Comet Chat is a third party module. You'll need to take that up with them directly.

Yes - third party developers can sell their Jamroom modules via our Marketplace, but they are responsible for their support and licencing.

I assume they must have withdrawn it from our Marketplace then. As I said above, you'll need to contact their support team directly. Hopefully they can help.
(Alternatively, have you tried the Jamroom Chat module?)

So weird that CometChat just pulled the module without a word. Hmph!

ibr, you can test out the Jamroom Chat function right here on this same page- look for the "speech bubble" icon at lower right to test the chat. And it's FREE with all your jamroom hosted account sites! :)

I don't see anywhere in your account that you purchased the CometChat module - did you purchase it under a different account? I can see that CometChat has made the module "inactive" on the site here. It was last updated over a year ago, so it could be that didn't want to sell that version any longer.

You've paid them for their module, you should be able to get their module. Send their support a message.

Hi,

Can I request you to create a support ticket at https://my.cometchat.com/tickets so that the team can investigate further?

Regards,

Mike
