Hi,
I am in need of assistance on 2 issues.
I tried to buy the Solo Artist pack.Left my creditcard number and all info on it. Sent it to jamroom and got a reply that the transaction did not succeed.
This is not reassuring.
What is the "limits" of using the existing modules that some of us got in beta stage for free, somehow they do not show up in my install even tough they are installed? is this some sort of limitation system for one J5 install only and needing approval etc?

I would double check that you are entering your CC info correctly, or if I am misunderstanding where you saw the error let me know.

If you purchased the Super Pack during the beta, it should have been added to your account here on the new Jamroom.net once you signed in for the first time. If you just signed up on the new JR.net here using a new account, we will have to manually link up your previous purchase with the new account - if that is the case, send us an email at support [at] jamroom [dot] net and we can get it fixed up.
