We bought a license and the site says "You have a License " and when we try to install we get " This site says unable to complete purchase"

If you have any errors in your error log, post them here so we can see if there is an issue.

Looking at your licenses, you have 2 premium licenses, or a license for up to 4 websites, and I see that you have 4 websites installed, which website is giving you the issue?
