I have CSV files of members from various sites i have had and was wondering if its possible to send them all an invitation by somehow uploading the csv file without adding each email one by one?

Hi Zach
To use the Ning mailer tool to email all of your list, they would need to be registered on your site. We have a new 'Importer' module that should be available in beta within the next few days so that could be used to import them all.
Alternatively, you could maybe use the Invitations module - https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/networkmarket/291/invitations - that has the option of pasting in multiple emails (one per line).

However, it is strongly advised that you get all these emails validated prior to sending to them via your JR server and MailGun. If MailGun see a 'mass emailing' and a lot of them bounce, they'll assume you are a spammer and disable your account there. Checkout KickBox -they have online services for validating email lists.

Load the file into Excel (or similar), delete all the non email columns, then save the file as another filename, if possible, with no inverted commas around the emails. If not, open the saved file in a text editor and remove the inverted commas (use a 'replace' tool). Copy the result and paste it into the Invite module email field.

well i found a tool online that extracted all emails out and put them all in separate lines, copied and pasted the results into an invitation and sent only the page kept freezing so i refreshed and tried again only to find out now i see in my email i have received 3 invitations i just sent out didn't mean to do it 3 times i hope that does not get me banned from mailgun but none the less it definitely sent out invites
