This question is very hard to help you with. You're not providing enough information.

If you can describe your setup in your questions it makes the threads more helpful for others coming along later reading it :)

Otherwise the thread goes:
A: I have a question
B: what is the question?
A: its about email
B: what about email?
A: its not working
B: what are the settings for your email?
A:........

Please provide as much info as you can in the question, @izhmel You've been using Jamroom for longer than I have now, c`mon .... :)

What are your settings in:
ACP -> COMMUNICATION -> EMAIL SUPPORT -> GLOBAL CONFIG

Were the mails being sent, then suddenly stop? or is this a new site that you're configuring?

Is there anything in your Activity Logs?

Are you using Mail Gun? Is there any info in their mail logs? Or are you sending email from your server?

..... any other info that you think may be relevant.

When you test the email system does the email get delivered to you?
ACP -> MODULES -> COMMUNICATION -> EMAIL SUPPORT -> TEST EMAIL -> send test email.

We need to figure out if its the server not sending the email OR if its the user not receiving the email.

Could be that your server is sending it but their email service is blocking it. Or it could be that your server is not sending it.

If you choose External Mail Server, then you need to have another server, not the one that your site is on, a different one that is setup to send emails for your domain. Its very unlikely that you have that set up.

Probably you want the server where your site is hosted at to be doing the sending.

I have a different server and have the configuration you sent in the screen shot and it don't work ..

This was always working, and just stopped without me making any changes makes me think it's a "BUG"

If I reset the system will it reset to the default and fix the issue?

If you 'reset' the system with the tool in the Developer module you will lose ALL your users, profiles and content, so don't do that!!

The settings I have put in the screenshot are the settings to make your server do the sending of the email.

If you have them set like that and your server is NOT sending the email, you will need to contact your host to ask them to look into the issue, something is wrong with your server.

sending email from your email account and your server being able to send emails are different things.

Don't use the external server settings unless you have purchased a separate server just for the purposes of sending emails.

Then contact your server company as suggested earlier.

I spoke to the hosting provider and they said " port 25 is mostly used for spam and is blocked by 90 % of ISP" , we tried port 25 and 587 and the said they can see no mail going through the system and it is a software issue ...

There is no programing skills needed to configure the mail server wish leads me to believe it is a software issue after trying all the suggestions

Incoming Server: mail.dubmusic.com

IMAP Port: 143
POP3 Port: 110

Outgoing Server: mail.dubmusic.com

SMTP Port: 587

Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.

Your server is severely overloaded. These numbers should be between 0 and 1. Yours are above 50.

The reason your emails are not sending is because you had turned the email sending system off via the setting at:
ACP -> MODULES -> COMMUNICATION -> EMAIL SUPPORT -> ACTIVE EMAIL SYSTEM -> Log Sent Email To Activity Log

Instead of sending them. This option needed to be changed back to the default:
"SMTP Server configured in Delivery Settings (default)"

It should be working now.
