solved Large queue since update to JR6

Hi,

Had quite a smooth update yesterday from JR5 to JR6 following the instructions on here.

Since then we've had 2 items in the Queue that just seem to be sat there doing nothing (see attachments) other than the entries for the comment one just seems to be increasing in size !

Can I just clear them ?

Sounds like that top worker has "died" and needs to be reset. Do this:

1) Pause Queues
2) Run an integrity check with "repair modules" checked
3) restart queues

Then press RESET for that queue at the top.

Thanks Brian.

That's cleared the comments out of the queue but the verify_db refuses to clear. Reseting does not do anything.

delete those entries, then run an integrity check. If you see them come back, the it indicates there's a problem with one of the module's verify_db event listener - it's probably encountering an error, so check your activity log and debug log for any entries.
