Any chance for these modules? Maybe paid? Needed for big site in development

Have You - Jamroom Team - got in plans someone from this modules / updates for FOLLOW ME skin? Maybe for some cash / sponsorship as advance?
- reactions (not only like / dislike)
- notifications like facebook, NOT like other site and without notifications on the down-left corner
- better working url media scanner, to see in cards other sites, not only media
- realtime adding posts, without refreshing site (like comments as existed now)
- another algorithm to sort posts , not only from new to old, but maybe some other (like "hot")

I can invest some cash to have this options . I have a plan to build big social site for our people , so let me know if You can make this updates or You have something from this list in schedule .

Jamroom's URL Media Scanner already does this. The remote site needs to have OG tags, but it works.

Hi Peter
We are now taking on some custom work in the form of 'sponsorship'. This means that any paid work we do is not exclusive to you or your sites and may be released to the Jamroom community at a future date. We are pretty busy at the moment with custom work but maybe we can start discussing this further now, either here or in a support ticket.

A 'Reactions' module I understand as I am also a FB user.
The Media Scanner, Brian has covered above.
Realtime posts to be fully 'ajax' and no page refreshing may be possible.
Can you elaborate on a new 'sort algorithm'?
