solved Help With 'Spacers' & Stanza Breaks

Just wondering if anyone has a better solution to a problem that I have with my annual poetry competition on the AmeriCymru site.

Basically people submit their entries to the competition on a dedicated forum page and of course they want stanza breaks to appear in the appropriate places. I realise that this is a TinyMCE issue but I am hoping that there is a less convoluted solution to the problem than the one I am currently recommending.

Ordinarily when members post, their poems appear with
<p></p>
in between stanzas/verses. This produces a linebreak but, presumably because the p tags are empty, it does NOT produce a full stanza break.

SO I am advising people to open 'source view' add three dots (or something similar) between the p tags and then go back to WISYWIG view, highlight the dots and change the text color to white, like so:-

<p><span style="color: #ffffff;">...</span></p>

This works just fine and it only takes a minute BUT it is somewhat inelegant and a bit of a nuisance. Well....at least some of my members think so :)

Is there an easier way to do this?
