How to review Kickbox email test scores?

In my first attempt to see how Kickbox works, I asked it to move 'failed' profiles into a quota called "Kickbox fails 16th Oct 2016" for which I enabled the profile module, assuming that this might allow the transfer to happen.

When I pushed go for the first 100 tests, a real-time test screen appeared showing me the user name, email address, and Sendex score.

Turns out the addresses are scored on a scale, not simply passed or failed. Most of the addresses scoring 0.7 or higher looked good to me, from personal knowledge of the people concerned.

All very interesting, but after the tests were finished, the screen disappeared, and no profiles/users appeared in the fail quota, despite some addresses scoring zero or close to zero.

Rather than automatically moving profiles/users around, I would like to see the score results first, and then manually decide which accounts and profiles to move or delete.

How can I download and review the Kickbox test results from within JR (if that is how it can be done)?

What is the expected routine we should follow here? I did not see this explained in any documentation at JR, and my 100 test results were also not sent to Kickbox, as far as I could see.

When run you will see any results in your Activity log.

If kickbox reports that the email address examined is 'undeliverable' your chosen actions are performed.

There may be uses to know whether an email address is a 70 or a 20 score, we just want to know if we can send it email.

Thanks,

I found the activity logs here:

ACP->System Tools->Activity logs

Did a search for "Kickbox", and found that 3 in 100 addresses had been rated undeliverable.

The log message looked like this:

[Research Cooperative] XYZ@XYZ.net failed kickbox validation - unsubscribed user

So that looks good.

When I search for this person in the "user account browser" I can still find the account details, and when I search the public member list, the profile is still shown.

So the Kickbox/JR system is presumably shutting down access to the account, but leaving it to Admin to make the final descision to "Delete" in the user account browser.

This also is good, as we might find someone who we want to keep in the network, but who did not update their account while their former email address was still valid. This might be a common way to lose members.

Q1. What is the recommended way to renew the account of a now unsubscribed but wanted member?

Q2. Also, while the record of unsubscription is clear in the activity log, will it remain there forever?

Q3. Is it possible for JR to automatically mark a member as unsubscribed in the user account browser?

That would be extremely useful.

Q4. Is it possible to have the unsubscribed members automatically shunted by Kickbox/JR into a quota designed specifically for them?

Q5. How should we configure the quota to be able to receive such profiles?
