Where is the skin menu?

I'm trying to figure out what exactly gets changed when I add an entry to the skin menu. I thought it was the menu that dropped down from my username, but either I'm not configuring it correctly or that's not it.

Yes - that is the Skin Menu ;)

As a master admin you can adjust what shows/is active by going to the ACP -> System Core -> Tools -> Skin Menu Editor.

Note that rearranging the skin menu order is kind of flaky - I've got it on my TODO list to fix up.

Just an update that I pushed out a fix for the weirdness in the Skin Menu reordering, so if you update to the latest Core you should have no problems.

Ahh ok, so I was looking in the correct place, but the menu item I created isn't showing there. I can't figure out why. I can see though that the "module" setting for the menu item i created is blank (just a "-"), but I can't figure out how to change the module?
