I know the solution is probably screamingly obvious BUT it eludes me nonetheless :)

How do I clean up the email headers for messages sent out from the site? Please see the example (attached) that one of my members forwarded to me.
A trifle inelegant to say the least. Is this a Mailgun issue?

You have the 'Template Name in Source' option in the Developer module turned on -
ACP=>Developer=>Developer Tools=>Global Config=>General Settings
