I accidentally deleted my facebook app for OneAll, so I created one today, updated my OneAll.com account with the new keys and looked over everything, but when I go to my JR site and try to login I get this error,

Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains.

Has anyone had this problem and what did you do to fix it?

This is an error coming from your Facebook app - you will likely need to delete and recreate the app setup on your facebook account, as it's probably still setup for the old one.

Hope this helps!

Did you go back to OneAll and reset the domiain?
You will need to set up another app at OneAll to get it to work

Brian, the old app was deleted, and this is the second one I have created today.

Reset the domain? Where do I do that on OneAll.com?

Ok, sorry just read the last part of your comment, will try that.

You can reset the keys but I don't think that will work .
Best just creating a new app on OneAll with all the info.
That will work.

Something is not right, I created a new site on OneAll, entered the new info from my FB app, updated my site with the new API keys from OneAll and still getting same thing, does JR store the OneAll info and will I have to delete anything?

Did you add sub domains etc?
Did you MANUALLY clear your cache on your server /data/cache
Is the FB APP brand new? Or is it an edited one
Facebook is screwy like that they hold info even if it's been deleted
How many other sites do you have with the OneAll module.
If it's just facebook, Reload it or delete it after de-activating it ( the one all mod )
Basically OneAll is just an API that will work with what is coded .
So problem here is working out at which end it is

JR does not store any OneAll config info - you might need to contact OneAll as they will be able to see what the issue is.

I don't believe that will help you. The issue is between the OneAll JS and Facebook - not in the JR module.

Yeah Brian, tried that and no luck, I actually think my problem is with Facebook, they recently changed the developer section there and the app section is different now, I have tried google for help but no luck.

I would really recommend contacting OneAll - they work with setups all the time, and have been really helpful when I needed assistance - they might be able to tell you the exact issue, since it's hard to tell sometimes from FB.

Hope this helps!

I don't see a option to disable or enable Sandbox anymore, so I don't know if that could be the problem since this is a new app.

I'm not sure - I have not set one up using the new setup, and it looks like there is additional tabs there - you might check out the OneAll FB setup:

https://app.oneall.com/applications/application/providers/provider/setup/?applicationid=22&providerid=1

Let me know if that helps.

Make sure you are logged in to OneAll, then go to your site -> Social Networks -> Facebook -> "Review the Facebook Setup".

Ok, I THINK I got it to work, or maybe not, it actually tried me log me in but I get this on my JR site when trying to login using the OneAll mod, "Your account is pending validation - please check your email for the activation link.", is this normal?

The problem was I was entering my site url on the website url on the FB app, and I had to enter my OneAll url :P.

All is well now :).

To disable "Sandbox" on the new Facebook" app version do this:

Got to App
Click on "Status & Review" on the left
At the very top where it says "Do you want to make this app and all its live features available to the general public?", make sure it's set to YES, because NO (Develepor mode) is set by default when you create a new app now :).
