Sounds like binaries are not executable under your web server - you will want to contact your hosting provider and have them all those binaries to be run under PHP.

Ive had that problem along with the ffmeg, i had to reload the module through the marketplace @ yoursite/marketplace/system_update/all=1

I reloaded all modules , that did not work , the server people says they don't see any issues on there end

so that leaves us stuck without further info.
* it is working on our servers
* its not working on your sever
* your server guys say there are no issues
* you're running the latest version of the module.

Verdict: it should be working..... but it isn't. Need to find a clue as to whats stopping it. Check your server logs for clues, might be something there.
