Which template to use ??

I am trying out a new ad company and they need me to do this:

Copy provided code and paste in your site main page.

I am using site builder, but obviously can't do it using a widget, so which templet would I put this into?

You can put the code into a 'template' widget. Just be sure to wrap their code on { literal } ... { /literal } tags (without the spaces).
Or, you could put the code (again inside those literal tags) in the header or footer templates if you want it to show on event site page.
