Error when connecting to Marketplace

I have been getting this error since last night when trying to connect to the marketplace to update my modules.

An error was encountered trying to communicate with the Active Marketplace
make sure the Marketplace URL is set correctly in Tools -> Marketplace Systems.

I haven't changed anything, so I don't understand.

Hi Brian, I found out what the problem is, you created a temporary copy/version of my site on the jamroom servers, to run some tests and see what was wrong with it, and its now where my default license is set up to, but I can't release the license until the modules on that temp site are deleted http://eddytesttdsdkcom.jamroomhosting.com, can you help me out?
