Strange - Not Found Errors

I am getting several 404 errors and I have triple checked to make sure that the modules are active for the quota.

I can see my Master Admin Timeline from https://mysite.com/profile
but when I click the [Timeline] button it takes me to https://mysite.com/profile/timeline and gives me the NOT FOUND page.

Likewise, I have uploaded an image into the gallery. It says that I have 1 image but it does not show up, then when I click on the "View All Images" link I get the same NOT FOUND page.

Any thoughts?

I activated the account too.

Guestbook entries are showing in the timeline but not in the guestbook.

Followers are confirmed in the timeline but not showing in the Followers list on each profile.

Am I missing a php setting?
