Since yesterday, we have had a number of reports from our users of the search not working on Images or Profiles. One user has mentioned that she cannot navigate the site today...
QUOTE I no longer have the ability to change pages on the website. It happens on viewing images and on individual's profile pages. UNQUOTE

I can see no problem when searching images or profiles and I can navigate the site without difficulty. I've tried this from my Admin profile and standard user profile. Is anyone else suddenly having problems?

It turns out that rather than going to the Images or Profiles tabs on the main menu and then using the search box, they are using the Search tab on the main menu. This does not return any results as far as I can see.

The search link on the main menu is setup to search all modules, so you should be getting results.

Can you let us know what search term is being used so we can test it?

Thanks!

I've tried all sorts of search terms, including things that might be in the image gallery; profile names with and without quotes; things that might be in the documentation. Never any results shown just the site header and a grey screen.
These terms should all have results...

The url of the return screen for all these searches is http://pmp-art.com/search/results/all/1/4

Apparently it used to work. I hardly ever use the Search tab; I usually go to Images or Profiles, so I didn't notice this until it was raised as a PMP ticket today.

Yeah something is not right there - open a ticket on this if you would and we can check it out. I'm just heading out of the office here, but can check this out as soon as I can.

Thanks!

This should be working now - I just reset the cache on your site - looks like one of your search was corrupted in the cache.

Hope this helps!
