Ok i have an idea, I want to use a profile to host some adult content like videos and images on my site but i dont want it to be visible everywhere on the site in lists etc. So how would i do this, If i make the profile only visible to followers would that mean unless you are following no videos or images would be showing in the lists and timelines on the site ?
