What if i want to set the order in a list by genre ? Does genre require an ID?

seems to be a bug maybe in the lists i try to create a list excluding any songs with the genre "interview" so i tell the list to use search condition 1 - audio genre - do not include - Interview and then i hit save and refresh cache i went back and looked and nothing changed so i opened up the widget and looked and instead of it letting me say do not include it changed my choice to "include" ?

on the flip side it works great to create lists that only include that specific genre.
