We've had a number of users complaining that the 'remember me' is not working.

Anyone else experiencing this ?

I myself have had no problems across loads of different setups and devices.

Users don't appreciate there is nothing you can do if you can't replicate the problem !!!

I do have this regularly. Some members do complain that they have to keep signing in very frequently, like every few days, even though I have my User Account 'auto login reset' set to Permanent. Other members (and myself) don't seem to have the problem much. I have assumed if this means they have a browser setting responsible for this though.

What we get back from the users that are affected is - 'This never occurred on the old system' !!!

So, that means that their SAME browser settings did not present a problem in Ning's re:remember me, but there's a problem occurring now on Jamroom with rememberMe, correct?
That seems the same in my case as well.

I've never seen any issue with this in any browser - I have 2 dozen Jamroom sites on test on as well. It's a simple, cookie based setup - the only way it won't work is if the cookie is missing OR it's value has been tampered with.

Maybe some of those users have their browsers set to not accept and/or delete cookies upon leaving a site. Most of my members dont seem to be having a problem, and neither am I.

I'd make sure they don't have their browser settings set to delete cookies when they close the browser.
