Please explain "Poweruser"

1. Where does the Admin set it up?
2. How can the User use it? (What powers can they acquire?)

And can the glossary have a search field? The alphabetical arrangement is good, but a search field might be handy as the list gets longer.

Glossary is here: https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/getting-started/2568/glossary

ACP -> Users -> User Accounts -> Quota Config -> "Power User Enabled".

Quote:
2. How can the User use it? (What powers can they acquire?)

They can create additional profiles. For example - let's say you create a quota called "record Labels", and enable Power user for the quota. Now, when a user signs up in your site to the Record Label quota, they can create a profile for each artist they manage. The user has access to all the profiles and can update them as if they were their own.

Let me know if that helps.

Thanks. That explains the user perspective nicely. But now I am having trouble relocating the ACP location where I can activate and allocate quotas to a power user. I have come across this recently, and set up some power users, but only by chance. If I look for it, I cannot seem to find the control panel anywhere.

Now trying the route you have given above...

The most specific search for the documentation is here
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/contents

It will search over all the documentation to find the term your after.

For searches of a word on a single page, that's build in to your browser. ctrl+f will find the term if its on the page.

"Power User" has been added to the glossary.
