Post To FB With OneAll

So I figured I would give this a shot and so far no luck. Some issues I am seeing.

1. There is a "Active Networks Where you share your Activity Stream" checkbox. When I check this and save it refreshes and then unchecked the box.

2. I decided to remove the connection and retry. When I removed it my success message said: "You have successfully linked your account to Facebook!" I actually removed it from Facebook.

I am not able to get any activity to post to FB. Is this working for anyone?

It was working for me last time I tested this out - I can test again here and see if something has changed.

Thanks!

I just updated the Marketplace with version 1.1.5 of the OneAll module that fixes these issues up - update to that and you should be set.

Hope this helps!

Ok just updated the module, created a blog and clicked add to FB. The timeline shows added to FB but my FB has no updates unless this takes more than 5 minutes.

Any ideas?

I don't see any issues here - it's working correctly now for me. The root cause was a bad URL to oneall in the share. Note that the share happens from a queue, which requires a page refresh to "process". If you are on a test system after posting navigate around to a different page.

Also - make sure Facebook is active in your Shared Networks tab of your account - when posting an action you should see a small facebook icon letting you know it is active.

Just tested again and it is working:

You can see "this has been shared from my test site".

I think I may know what the issue is. Maybe this works only with a FB signup through oneAll? So an existing FB user may be out of luck?

No - they just need to link their account by going into the Shared Networks section and clicking on the Facebook icon - that will "link up" their account so it will work.

Hope this helps!

ok i have tried removing and adding it back with no luck. What I find odd is that in FB under Apps I use there is nothing for OneAll. I would think there would be or one for my site related to OneAll. scratches head

Just removed it and tried to add it back - You have entered an invalid value for "active networks" - value must be the numbers 0-9, letters a-z and _ (underscore) -

Yes - there should be one. Make sure you have configured FB in the OneAll control panel.

Where do you get this error at? It should just be checkboxes on the page...

EDIT - added screenshot of what you should see

Yeah I just ran a quick debug on your site - looks like OneAll is returning a "success" message, but the actual message is a 401 "The user did not authenticate successfully" so something is not setup right. I'm out of time tonight so will have to try to reproduce in the AM.

Thanks!
