Brian & Team,
Over last 3 years, I have purchased the PAID SUPPORT for JAMROOM4 ( on & off). As result I had a lot of tickets that you guys resolved. I normally often go back & read those whenever I have issues to see what was the resolution.
1) With this migration I can't figure out how to get read access to to those tickets even though I logged in. Can you please show me how to get access to those?

2) I stillwould like to purchase support for fixing few issues on my Jamroom4 site. What is the link to purchase support for JR4 ?

Thanks

Once you have logged in to archive.jamroom.net, just bookmark this page:

http://archive.jamroom.net/Support_Center

That should let you see your old tickets.

You can still purchase Support Center access - it's our VIP Premium Support subscription:

https://www.jamroom.net/subscribe

So if you wanted that for only 1 month you'd just need to cancel your subscription after your first month.

Hope this helps!

I accessed the old tickets successfully.
I also just paid for the VIP subscription. However I am not seing any link to create a new ticket. Do you need to do any update to give me access to the link to create new tickets for my JR4 site issues?

Do you see a "Support Tickets" link in the Support drop down at the top? If not, try logging out and back in just to see if it is cached (you shouldn't have to, but it's worth a try).

Thanks for subscribing!

I see the support tickets link & Under that I can see the link to read old tickets, but it is saying my subscription expired. So it looks like the subscription on the archive site needs to be updated based on the subscription I purchased on your new site

You should have read-only access on archive.jamroom.net - all new tickets (even for JR4) need to be created here on www.jamroom.net via the "Support Tickets" link.

Let me know if you don't have the read access you need on archive.jamroom.net and I can check it out.

Thanks!
