solved RELOAD MODULES OR SKINS

I could not see any item related to Site Builder under ACP -> MARKETPLACE -> TOOLS -> RELOAD MODULES OR SKINS. I was the one of the first installers of Site Builder to check. It looks like Slate, Menu, Panel and Widget work properly when I switch to Slate skin.

How can I get latest versions for Site Builder?

The latest versions are all in the marketplace system. as long as the beta channel is enabled you can get updates.

You would have needed to enable the beta channel to get it so it should be.

I have found it. It is under Tools->Release Channels
