We're a small team here, and currently we have 2 different support options:

1) free - our "free" support level is here in our Support Forum. We try to be quick to help, and there's a good community of JR users here who also jump in and help out.

2) paid - we offer a monthly "VIP Premium Support" option ($29 per month - at the link Michael just posted) where you get priority ticket access - one of our team members will personally assist. This option is great for users that don't want to post to a public forum or need more one-on-one assistance than they can get here in the forum.
