videos not playing

Good day.
At "Video Support" module the videos are not playing.
I have the host account sugested by jamroom, so probably isnt a host problem.
any suggestions ?

Looks like you are using a N8Flex skin - make sure and post over there as it looks like the player is not loading up:

I post a topic at n8flex, but they said isnt skin problem.
When I upload a video its says "This video file is currently being processed and will appear here when complete." but it never gets completed.

Then that means it is not being converted - check your activity log and debug log for any reported errors.
