completed Scheduled Integrity check of YouTube, SoundCloud, Vimeo

Might as well have a default option for daily integrity check of YouTube, SoundCloud and Vimeo imports.

No point in going there to check manually if it can be kicked off automatically like the db backups.

Just a suggestion.

Just wanted to see if this idea would be feasible? Not a priority, but could be useful for site admins...at least a hands off approach to keeping your youtube/vimeo/soundcloud content up to date.

Bumpski things tend to suggest priority. Might as well be straight about it.

This is now included in the latest releases of the SoundCloud, YouTube, Vimeo and Flickr modules.
Update them and goto their config page to enable and set up this feature.

I Installed all the module and skin updates as of right now
I haven't set the modules to schedule an integrity check yet

Because when I run this link in the ACP
https://www.mysite.com/youtube/integrity_check

It hangs after checkin 90 videos and never completes
Since that happened we haven't ran it again

We have at the moment 1879 YT Videos
So we would need this fixed first otherwise won't it just hang every time?

Haven't tested the other two yet

EDIT:-
Just checked YouTubes config page after Updating, Ran Integ Check ( Everything ticked ), Cleared all Caches manually on the server, Cleared browser cache

Nothing showing with an option to schedule an integrity check?

Edit 2:-
Youtube doesn't have a global config tab. I was looking at Quota Config but nowhere can this be set
Vimeo does have a Global Config tab and also doesn't have it anywhere so same as above

Soundcloud modules Global Config does have that setting under Daily Maintenance so that ones is all good

So where do I find that in Vimeo and Youtube?

Edit 3:-
Just reloaded the youtube and vimeo modules and did the norm ( int check, caches etc )
And still the same

This is only available in SoundCloud at this time - there's some last minute work begin done on YouTube and Vimeo - we'll have those out within a couple days.

One suggestion - your front page is 5.8mb in size covering 96 separate requests - may not be a big deal if your user base is all fast broadband and desktop, but that's probably going to be hard on most mobile users.

Just my 2 cents though

I'll let you know what I find out about the YouTube module.

We haven't changed much on the front page instead of bringing in new tpl files which have been weak

You have your media player set to autoplay, which automatically starts downloading the audio file. SO I guess the size is going to vary depending on whatever audio file is the first in your player.

OK I just pushed out an updated 1.0.9 - looking through the code I saw the potential for the integrity check to remove a video if it received an "invalid" response from YouTube - I've updated that so it only removes the video if the video actually returns a 404 not found on YouTube.

Update and run the integrity check and let me know how it goes.
