I have accumulated a whole bunch of banned IPs, emails, etc over the past two years, in my Banned Items module.
It would help me to manage these items and manage unwanted members if I were able to type in a brief note next to a banned item to help me identify it. ...Such as "Jerry's IP range as an alias", "Nigerian spammer", or "Lois R./fighting member".
This would make the banned items list a lot more useful in various ways, and also make it easier to occasionally UN-ban some member or their IP range.
