Agreed that it would save a few clicks, but as this is something that is done once after setting up a forum, then rarely afterwards, not sure that it warrants the extra work?

Just to add to this that "click and drag" doesn't tend to work very well on a lot of mobile devices, so the "click arrow" to re-order works well.

I also agree with Paul here - actions that are done frequently will likely continue to be streamlined as needed, but these type of settings that are rarely (if ever) changed don't warrant the extra complexity (and issues users would have) to "fix" something that already works.
