Is there a mod to have new users that join one's site be automatically sent to a twitter account?

Not understanding how that would work.

The new users get redirected to twitter?
notifications of new users are output to twitter?
New users can use their twitter account to sign up?

I have the Twitter account MusicRush.com which is the same as my website. I feel it should be possible to have a jamroom site app that would do an update to the twitter account. It kind of works already with Lifestream for individual accounts. So I guess if you could take new user sign ups and use something like lifestream to auto update your sites twiiter, facebook, etc accounts on its own.
I think jamroom has or had the capability to send the admin emails for new user signups. So would it be possible to use the email to send to lifestream?

Lifestreams doesn't post to any type of account.

It reads and mixes feeds from your social accounts.

Not sure I understand the request, but the System Feed option in Users->One All Social Link->Tools will allow you to set up a single social account and have all site activity go to that from what I understand.
